Listen, you sound like a smart lady. Don't lie to yourself. Yes, you could be wrong; it's possible. It certainly won't hurt to meet him. If you are entering a possible relationship with aspects of his character that you want to change ( e.g.: voice, etc), well that isn't good. You have already appreciated things in his background that could make coming out difficult. I wouldn't feel too bad about your thoughts. Going into something with your eyes open and with some trepidation is better that denying things that are glaringly obvious. I say meet him and keep being honest with yourself, even if you don't like the particular thoughts you're having. In the end they will be your best friend. Hope this helps.
