You need to either have a bluetooth dongle or the data cable for the phone which connects them to the computer. Also, install the Motorola PC Suite. You can manage all files on your motorola through this application. Don't connect the phone until you're prompted to. You can get into the phones files through the PC Suite and transfer the files from the computer to the phone. Same with Siemens. Put the software on the pc for the phone and transfer by using the cable. Or add the bluetooth dongle and link it up with the phone and send the item via bluetooth.
